We heard your requests, and we are excited to announce that we have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay to offer an online portal for utility customers to view and manage their bill! Make a payment, sign up for auto pay (for the date of your choosing), sign up for paperless billing, opt in for email or text notifications, view prior statements and usage, and more! You will need your utility account number (see monthly statement) to get started. Can’t find your bill? Please give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to provide your account number.
Already have auto pay set up with us? Customers previously on our Direct Pay Program have been automatically transitioned to the Xpress Bill Pay System.
