All facilities are rented out on a first come, first serve basis. Completed reservation form and payment are required to reserve your date, and must be received at least three business days prior to your reservation. A $30 refundable deposit is required for all reservations and will be returned following your event to the mailing address provided on the registration form, providing the facility is left clean and undamaged (Deposits paid with a card will be refunded to the same card).
